Newtopia is a habit change provider helping prevent, reverse, and slow the progression of chronic disease, while enriching mental health, resilience, and human performance through personalized coaching. As Senior Design Lead, I helped the company break through as a notable tech-enabled provider for health insurers—bringing life to presentation pitches and collateral through persona development and storytelling, and enhancing the visual identity and messaging across all B2B and B2C communications.

When it came to improving brand image across channels, there were a few important objectives: first, make the experience and offering clear through precise visuals and messaging; and second, add personality that feeds into the brand’s perception and aligns with the experience.

Emphasizing the Newtopia experience has been critical for all audiences. We needed to answer the question: What do we do? To solve this, specific program components and benefits were spotlighted; virtual coaching, smart device use, and app features were placed at the forefront of campaigns. It was important to feature real faces and and people engaging in healthy accessible activities to demonstrate the realistic benefits for participants: regular engaged sessions with a personal coach and simple habits for an improved lifestyle.
